2026 Future of Work Forum
In an era defined by accelerating technological disruption, shifting workforce expectations, and the expanding influence of artificial intelligence, one truth remains constant: people remain the backbone of every resilient and competitive economy. As AI transforms industries and reshapes roles, the urgent call is not just to adapt—but to lead with a human-centered approach. For the Philippines, strengthening our human capital, enabling leaders to thrive in a rapidly evolving world, and building adaptive talent development systems are essential to sustaining growth and ensuring long-term competitiveness. With this, the question for 2026 is clear: How do we shape a future of work where both people and innovation can thrive?
To address this, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), through its Human Capital Committee, is organizing the 2026 Future of Work Forum, themed "People, Policy, and Progress: Advancing Workforce Excellence in the Era of Artificial Intelligence." This year's forum will explore how AI, leadership transformation, workforce policies, and talent development intersect to shape the next chapter of work in the Philippines. The discussions will be framed through three core sessions:
- SESSION 1 | Leading Beyond Limits: Transforming Leadership for an AI-Driven World
- SESSION 2 | Skills for Tomorrow: Developing Talent That Thrives in Intelligent Workplaces
- SESSION 3 | The Workforce Blueprint: Policies Shaping the Future of Filipino Work
This high-level forum will bring together government leaders, industry executives, thought leaders in human capital and AI, and education and workforce experts. Through strategic discussions and collaborative dialogue, the event aims to promote stronger public–private partnerships, strengthen responsive workforce policies, and champion innovations in leadership and talent development—ultimately fostering a future-ready, inclusive, and resilient Filipino workforce.
